Care & Support
We operate a ‘Core and Cluster’ model of care with Service Users living in their own homes sourced with accommodation specifications and affordability in mind within a mile and a half radius of our office base which is the Kemptown and Brighton Marina areas of Brighton and Hove.
Each support package we provide is tailored to meet the individual needs for people living as independently as they can in their own home.
Our fully trained Support staff outreach to Service Users and the model enables individuals to have a ‘sense of safety’ and feel part of a community living close to the office ‘hub’. Families and friends can visit and stay with Service Users and can easily make an appointment to see us or drop by for a chat when they are visiting.
