Recovery & Wellbeing

Your recovery and wellbeing has to be led by you. We can support you with this and provide you with the support you need to work towards better mental health and wellbeing. We have created our own recovery tool called the SPINC Recovery Spiral which is used to identify specific areas of support and recovery, map out progress, and create an action plan to focus on during your journey of support. It’s good to reflect and see the journey!

It’s OK to be not OK sometimes. Your recovery and wellbeing has to be led by you. One of these apps may help…

For SPINC, It’s not just about a diagnosis or illness or treatment and care; it’s about YOU! Living your life in your own home! We can help you learn to manage your own mental health and wellbeing.

Mental health and wellbeing can generally be described as feeling good and functioning well, although it is very much driven by your own personal hopes, lifestyle and expectations in life.  We aim to help you to build a life that you are happy with, giving you the necessary tools so that you can develop coping strategies to use even if it involves living with some of your symptoms. It’s OK!

“Derin and Maureen are supportive, good listeners and encouraging, they believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself”
